About Creative Effects Contracting

Creative Effects Contracting LLC is a locally owned fence contractor based in Lakewood, Washington, serving Pierce County and the South Sound since 2017. Founded and run by owner Wilson Ordonez, the company started as a full-service general contractor handling landscaping, hardscapes and home improvements, and over the years fencing and gates became the heart of what we do. Today most of our work is building, repairing and replacing fences for homeowners, landlords and businesses across the Lakewood and Tacoma area — but the broader trade experience behind the crew is part of what sets us apart.

Create something special with Creative Effects Contracting LLC. A full-service fence, hardscape and general contracting company serving residential and commercial clients across Lakewood and Pierce County since 2017.

What sets a good fence apart here is not the material in the brochure — it is how it is built for our ground. Lakewood sits on gravelly glacial soil that drains fast but hides cobbles, and our wet winters and November windstorms are hard on posts and panels. We plan every fence around drainage, footing depth, wind exposure and the real property line, and we put the whole scope in writing before anyone digs. We call Washington 811 before every job.

Owner Wilson Ordonez has built the company’s reputation on fast, fair, hands-on work — the kind of contractor who answers the phone himself, gives a straight estimate on site, and shows up when he says he will. Customers routinely mention getting a same-day response and a crew that starts within days, led by foreman Jovani. Se Habla Español.

Over the years our crews have handled far more than fences: wood, chain link, vinyl and picket fence installs and repairs, dog fencing, retaining walls, patios and railings, decks, remodels, roofing and landscaping. That range is why we can take on a project that is really several jobs at once, and why we can give you honest, experienced advice about how a fence ties into the rest of your property.
